WILLS

An important part of planning your intentions regarding what should be done upon your death to meet your needs and wishes and to be certain that your assets are properly distributed to your family. When a person dies with a Will it is called dying “testate”. When there is not a Will the New Jersey Statutes govern the distribution of the estate and this is called dying “intestate.” This may not be the manner in which you wanted your hard earned assets to be distributed.
